Loza
Serbia's oldest book, forged in copper.
The uncial letters of Miroslav's Gospel are rendered in hammered copper with visible hammer marks. The first letter is a gilded, interlaced initial, just like one on a page from 1186 — the surname becomes a small manuscript for the door.
